Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
First, cook the pudding (I used blueberry). We do this as usual. As it says on the package. Or as I do it: mix cold milk with dry pudding and sugar. Mix everything and put on fire to cook until thickened. If you donʼt have blueberry pudding, use regular pudding and then add blueberry puree, 50g for example. So letʼs cook our pudding, remove from heat, cover with film and set to cool.

Step 2

Step 2
Now letʼs make the dough. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the yolks until white, add oil, water, baking powder and flour.

Step 3

Step 3
Beat the whites until stiff and add them to the mixture with the flour. Gently mix everything.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour part of the dough into another cup, about 1/3. Letʼs add cocoa. Letʼs mix.

Step 5

Step 5
Take a 24 by 30 cm mold. Cover it with paper. The sides should be high. Pour out the white dough.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour the dark dough chaotically.

Step 7

Step 7
We often spoon out our pudding. Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.

Step 8

Step 8
Take it out when it’s ready and let it cool.

Step 9

Step 9
Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. You can beat it. And pour sour cream onto the surface of the cake. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top. Place in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.

Step 10

Step 10
Bon appetit!
