Sugar 300 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Butter 60 g
Milk 300 ml
Cocoa 50 g
Chocolate 100 g
Vegetable oil 60 g
Vinegar (7%) 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Marmalade 200 g
Soda 1.5 tsp
Heavy cream 50 g
Confectionery topping 30 g

In a mixer bowl (or in a simple bowl), combine the sifted flour, soda, and salt. Salt is a must, it gives its taste. You can put in less the first time. Add sugar.

Add cocoa and stir the dry mixture.

Add eggs, two types of butter (melt the butter and cool) and vinegar.

Transfer the dough into the prepared pan and bake — 180 degrees and 50 minutes. Check for readiness — dry match and springy center.
