Butter 100 g
Sour cream 400 g
Sugar 340 g
Soda 10 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 500 g
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Walnuts 100 g
Poppy food 80 g
Cocoa 30 g
Raisin 80 g

Cream:

Butter 150 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Cottage cheese 600 g
Condensed milk 3 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Mix sour cream, sugar and melted butter. Beat for 3-4 minutes.

Quench the soda with lemon juice and add to the sour cream.
