An original and delicious breakfast — try it. I love garlic, so I decided to add it to my regular cheesecake recipe. I really liked the result, tasty and tender. Somewhat reminiscent of a grilled cheese appetizer.

Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 7 clove
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 100 g
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Greenery (Onions, parsley and dill, one or the other, if desired.) 150 g
Cottage cheese 0.5 kg
Ground red pepper to taste

Take the cottage cheese and grind it well using a blender or by hand, rubbing it through a sieve.

Then add 2 eggs and salt, mix well.

Next, add finely grated garlic and red hot pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

After, add the greens, mix everything very well again.

Then add flour in small portions and mix everything thoroughly again.

Next, form small balls from the resulting mixture (it is better to do this with wet hands) and form pancakes. Fry in vegetable oil until done.
