Basic:

Sugar 180 g
Wheat flour 180 g
Baking powder (on the tip of a knife) to taste
Chicken eggs 6 pc
Jam (any you like) 4 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 1 pack

Prepare the necessary products

Beat in the eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar. There is no need to separate the whites from the yolks!!!

Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Mix flour with baking powder. And gradually, stirring slowly, add to the egg mixture.

You need to take a large form, as the roll turns out to be very large. The standard one from the oven is best. Grease the mold with sunflower oil and pour out our dough. Bake at 210 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown. DO NOT preheat the oven!!!
