Sugar 200 g
Gelatin 2 tbsp

Heavy cream 200 ml

I topped the cake with white chocolate ganache and decorated the cake with strawberries. For the ganache, I dissolved 100 grams of white chocolate in 100 ml of cream and sent it to cool in the refrigerator for a day, then beat it with a mixer and spread it on the cake.
