Shortbread dough:

Wheat flour 300 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sugar 125 g
Butter 150 g

Biscuit:

Eggs 8 pc
Sugar 250 g
Almond 200 g
Breadcrumbs 200 g

Cream:

Cream 400 ml
Cream cheese 300 g
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 15 g

Letʼs make a sponge cake. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Prepare bread crumbs, ground almonds and sugar.
