Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 120 g
Wheat flour 160 g
Butter 350 g
Milk 150 ml
Cocoa 45 g
Eggs 3 pc
Baking powder 10 g
Boiled condensed milk 250 g

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Soften the butter at room temperature in advance.

Beat sugar with 130 grams of butter

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time.

Pour milk, add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.

Beat everything again.

Place the finished dough into the molds, filling them no more than 2/3 of the volume.

Cover the top with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove the center from the cooled cupcakes with a spoon and fill them with cream or any other filling. Any berry or fruit jam, boiled condensed milk or chocolate sauce will do. For the top I used buttercream. To do this, beat the remaining butter with boiled condensed milk and deposit the finished cream using a piping bag. Decorate to taste. Chocolate cupcakes are ready.
