Oven-Baked Fish Fritters with Yogurt Sauce

A healthy and light dish for a fish day. Fish pancakes with yoghurt sauce are baked in the oven, so they can serve as a dietary dish. And if you exclude the use of spices and garlic, then pancakes are also suitable for therapeutic diets. They are prepared simply and quickly. Serve the pancakes hot with mashed potatoes or vegetables, topped with yogurt sauce.

Ingredients (4 portions)

For the pancakes:

Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Wheat flour 1 tsp
Water 50 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Parsley to taste
Dry spices to taste
Fish fillet 500 g
loaf 30 g

For the sauce:

Garlic 1 clove
Olive oil 1.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Dry spices to taste
Yogurt 100 ml

Ingredients for pancakes.

Make minced fish fillet using a blender. Soak the loaf crumb in water or broth. Combine minced meat, loaf, egg, finely chopped herbs, salt, lemon juice, flour and spices. Mix everything well.

Spoon the resulting minced meat onto a baking sheet covered with a mat or parchment, forming pancakes. Bake at 180 degrees. 15-20 minutes.

While the pancakes are baking, make the sauce.

Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and pressed garlic in one container. Salt. The sauce is ready.
