Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 300 g
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 25 ml
Baking powder 8 g
Dill 40 g
Cottage cheese 320 g
Kefir 250 ml

I will prepare the ingredients for Khachapuri with cottage cheese.

Mix kefir with salt and oil. Sift flour, add baking powder. With constant stirring, add flour to the liquid ingredients. Knead the dough. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film.

Letʼs prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese, egg and finely chopped dill until smooth. The filling is ready, letʼs move on to the dough.

Divide the dough into 3 parts and form into balls. I do the same with the filling. Sprinkle the surface with flour, place a ball of dough and roll it into a flat cake. I put the filling in the middle and seal the edges of the dough.

I turn it seam side down and roll out the dough with the filling. Do the same with the rest of the flatbreads.

I put a dry frying pan on high heat to heat up. I lay out the first flatbread and fry for 5-8 minutes. I turn it over and grease it with butter. Cover with a lid and fry for another 5 minutes. I do the same with the rest of the flatbreads. Khachapuri is ready! Bon appetit!
