Snowman Meringues: Festive and Fun Treats

Food coloring (Gel food colorings: blue, black, orange.) to taste

Beat the meringue until it cools and acquires a dense consistency, white color, gloss, and the grooves from the mixer remain clear. About halfway through the beating process, add lemon juice.

Divide the meringue into three parts — leave one part white, tint the second with a small amount of blue gel dye, and the third — tint a little more to obtain a deeper blue color.
