Salt to taste
Sugar 130 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Butter 150 g
Milk 80 ml
Cocoa 50 g
Eggs 3 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Dark chocolate 100 g

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk until golden brown.

Add melted butter and stir.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients. Knead the dough well.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Add cocoa powder to one part. Stir for about 3 minutes. At this stage, you can already turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

Prepare a cake pan — grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil. Place a tablespoon of dough in the center, alternating a spoonful of light dough with a spoonful of chocolate.

Bake in a preheated oven up to 180 degrees for 30-30 minutes. Don’t forget to check the readiness with a wooden skewer or match, it should remain dry.

While the cake is baking, prepare the hot chocolate. Break the chocolate into pieces. Place the pan with milk in a water bath. Heat the milk, then gradually add the chocolate, stirring constantly.
