Mango-Apple Cottage Cheesecake

Donʼt forget to sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar! Iʼve been wanting to try making something with mango for a long time. The choice fell on this cheesecake. The combination of cottage cheese with apple-mango filling seemed very interesting to me. It is better to take apples for cake that are juicy, but slightly sour — semerinka, granny smith. Then the cake will not be cloying and moist enough.

Dough:

Wheat flour 230 g
Butter 200 g
Cottage cheese 200 g
Sugar 150 g
Starch 50 g
Eggs 2 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soda 0.2 tsp
Salt 0.2 tsp

Filling:

Sugar 2 tbsp
Starch 2 tbsp
Mango 1 pc
Apples 1 pc

Sift flour with starch, baking powder, soda and salt.

Combine soft butter with sugar and cottage cheese.
