Banana cake — cookies — condensed milk without baking — a wonderful quick dessert that your kids will love, especially if you involve them in preparing it. To prepare this cake, it is important to take crumbly baked milk cookies. To speed up the soaking of the cakes, take warm milk. Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Butter 50 g
Milk 0.5 cup
Bananas (Be sure to take a ripe, soft banana.) 1 pc
Cocoa 2 tbsp
Condensed milk 0.5 cup
Cookie 200 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Take a ripe, soft banana. This will allow the cream to be enveloping and soft.

Step 2

Step 2
First make the cream. Butter should be at room temperature. If, like me, you have it from the refrigerator, cut it into small cubes and it will quickly soften. Take good butter, not lower than 82.5% fat content.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse the banana under the tap and remove the skin. Cut the peeled banana into small pieces and add it to the butter.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour half a can of condensed milk into the prepared ingredients. If you wish, you can take boiled condensed milk, but check the composition carefully, now it is difficult to find high-quality condensed milk. Therefore, I prefer to take what has been proven and cook it myself if necessary. In this case, there is no such need, so we’ll take regular condensed milk.

Step 5

Step 5
Mash the mixture of butter, banana and condensed milk well with a fork. If desired, you can use an immersion blender; the cream will have a more uniform consistency.

Step 6

Step 6
Dip crumbly cookies into warm milk and place in a layer.

Step 7

Step 7
Cover the cookies well with a layer of cream. Alternate layers until all the cookies are gone.

Step 8

Step 8
For the top coating of the cake, add cocoa powder to the cream and mix it well.

Step 9

Step 9
Cover the top of the cake with brown cream and refrigerate for at least half an hour to soak.
