Salt to taste
Sugar (25 gr. in dough, 150 gr. into syrup) 175 g
Wheat flour 350 g
Water 2 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Eggs 3 pc
Honey 150 g
Vegetable oil 400 ml
Baking powder 1 tsp
Candied fruit 20 g
Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.) 20 g

How to make chek-chek in a frying pan? First, prepare the products according to the list. Choose natural liquid honey. Instead of baking powder, you can use baking soda.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Beat everything with a whisk or mixer until smooth.

Sift the flour into the egg mixture and begin kneading the dough. Please note that you may need more or less flour, look at the consistency of the dough.

The dough should be soft and elastic, it should not stick to your hands. Place the finished dough in a bag to rest for 20-30 minutes.
