Sugar 110 g
Yogurt 80 g
Dark chocolate 70 g
Butter 60 g
Cocoa 30 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Instant coffee 5 g

For the cheese dough:

Wheat flour 20 g
Sugar 50 g
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Cream cheese 150 g
Vanilla extract 0.25 tsp

For the ganache:

Dark chocolate 70 g
Butter 10 g
Cream 30 g

First, letʼs prepare the chocolate dough. Cut the butter and chocolate into pieces. The butter should be at room temperature; instead of chocolate bars, use chocolate drops. Boil the water. Place butter, chocolate, sugar and coffee in a bowl. Add hot water and stir until chocolate and butter are completely melted.

Add room temperature yogurt and stir.

Add one egg at a time and mix.

Sift flour into a bowl. Add cocoa powder and baking powder.

Mix until you get a homogeneous dough.

Now prepare the cheese dough. Place room temperature cream cheese in a bowl and stir lightly. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla extract and stir.

Place the finished cheese dough in a pastry bag.

Grease the baking dish with oil. Use a round pan with a hole in the middle and a wavy bottom.

Fill the mold 1/3 full with chocolate dough.

Place the remaining chocolate dough on top and level the surface. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180°C. Bake the cake for 30 minutes.
