"Fluffy Red Pear Cupcake with 'Snowball'"

The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. It turns out that you can make a very tasty and tender cupcake based on “Snowball”. I was simply amazed at the softness and taste of the resulting baked goods. With the same ingredients, the same cooking technology, but with regular kefir, the cake turns out to be denser and not as pleasant to the taste. But with “Snowball” it’s a completely different matter. It is crumbly, aromatic, sweetish in taste and very soft. Even the next day it does not lose its airiness if stored in a tied bag. Be sure to try it.
