Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 200 g
Water 220 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Rye flour 130 g
Dry yeast 6 g

How to bake brown bread in a bread machine? All bread ingredients should be at least room temperature. Otherwise, the dough may not rise well. The water can even be heated a little, to a slightly warm state. So, pour the required amount of water into the bread machine bowl. Add vegetable oil. Sift the rye and wheat flour and add to the bread machine bowl. You may need a little less or more flour, depending on the consistency of the dough.

Turn on the main baking mode (for me it lasts 2 hours 50 minutes), weight 750 grams, crust color — medium. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your stove. After the time has passed, take out the finished bread and wrap it in a towel until it cools completely. The finished loaf is tall, airy, aromatic and very tasty. Bon appetit!
