Rich Plum Chocolate Cake

Porous cake with plums and aromatic chocolate dough. In this recipe, it is better to use dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%. If the chocolate is dark (cocoa up to 60%), then it is advisable to reduce the amount of sugar by a third, or even by half. After all, dark chocolate itself already contains more sugar.
