Wonderful non-trivial bread for breakfast. Bananas for this recipe can be taken either very ripe (with black dots on the peel) or firmer, but not green. Andrey himself advises cooking from soft, ripe bananas.

Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Salt (pinch) 2 g
Sugar 130 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Butter 140 g
Bananas 4 pc
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp

Measure out ingredients.

Melt the butter and cool.

Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree.

Add egg and sugar to bananas. Mix everything well until smooth.

Pour the cooled melted butter into the bananas and mix well.

Add flour and baking powder.

Grease a loaf pan (preferably a silicone one) with butter and dust with flour.

Pour the batter into the cake pan.

Bake the bread for about 1 hour at 175°C. It is better to bake on the lower setting so that the top does not brown ahead of time while the bread inside is not yet baked.
