Fish fillet (hake, pollock, cod) 400 g
Cream (10% fat) 200 ml

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare fish baked with cheese in the oven, we will need: fish fillet (I have ready-made pressed hake fillet briquettes without bones), cheese, cream, dry dill, vegetable oil for greasing the pan, ground black pepper and salt.

Wash the fish fillet, dry it and cut into portions. I had ready-made portioned fillets. You can use any fish for this dish: hake, cod, halibut, pollock or red fish.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place fish fillets in one layer. Salt and pepper the fish, sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp. l. dried dill.

Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
