How to make childrenʼs cottage cheese casserole with semolina? Prepare your ingredients. I usually use cottage cheese that is moist and smooth. If your cottage cheese is coarse-grained, then it is advisable to rub it through a sieve or punch it with a blender. The more homogeneous the cottage cheese, the more tender the finished casserole will be. Baking eggs can be used in any size. If they are very small, then you can add one more. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.

Prepare a tall bowl for preparing the curd dough. Combine eggs and sugar in it and beat a little so that the sugar begins to dissolve.

Then add the prepared cottage cheese to the bowl and stir it into the egg mixture.

Then add semolina, vanillin and soda. Mix everything well so that all ingredients are evenly mixed with each other. If the dough seems liquid to you and you want to add semolina, you shouldn’t do it. During baking, the semolina will swell very well.

Prepare a baking dish. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs. Why sprinkle with breadcrumbs? This is necessary so that the finished casserole can be easily removed from the mold.
