How to make potato casserole with tomatoes and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water to remove dirt. Choose tomatoes that are ripe, firm and juicy. Choose cheese according to your taste. My cream has a fat content of 33%, but you can use 20%.

Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and chop. You can also grate the potatoes or just finely chop them.

The potatoes should be approximately this consistency — small pieces. Place the chopped potatoes into a bowl.

Immediately add eggs and cream to potatoes. Do not leave the chopped potatoes for too long — they will quickly start to darken! Add salt and spices to taste. I add ground pepper and a little paprika. Mix everything.

For baking, you can use any non-stick pan. I will cook in ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and lay out half of the potato mixture. Squeeze out the juice a little.
