Easy Chicken Casserole for Sunday Lunch or Dinner

You can prepare one large slide, or you can make it in portions for each family member. As a layer, you can take any vegetables you like — potatoes, zucchini, eggplants... I added mushrooms.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Potato (young) 2 pc
Carrot (small) 1 pc
Bulb onions (average) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Champignon 300 g
Dry spices to taste
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Chicken fillet 700 g
Sesame 1 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp

Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, beat it between two layers of film and grease it with a mixture of soy sauce and crushed garlic. Place in a cool place for a couple of hours. Peel the onions, carrots, potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth and chop into thick slices.

Simmer vegetables and mushrooms one by one in hot oil until transparent and soft. Chop the greens.

Remove the fillet from the refrigerator. Cover the baking dish with foil and grease with oil. Place several large slices of fillet and brush with beaten egg.

Place vegetables, mushrooms and herbs on top, add salt and sprinkle with spices. Leave the edges free.

Then we repeat the operation, trying to select the fillet slices so that the structure is rounded upward. We press everything down well, forming a dome, grease the top with the rest of the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

We lift the edges of the foil in a circle and lightly pinch it. This must be done so that the juice remains inside.

Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for forty minutes. Then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and brown the top for another 10 minutes.

Transfer the finished dish to a large plate and decorate with herbs. We cut it into portions and feed it to everyone at home. The inside of the fillet is very tender and juicy. Bon appetit!
