Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes 500 g
Salt to taste
Hard cheese 150 g
Zucchini 700 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Milk mushrooms (any mushrooms) 250 g

Peel the zucchini and cut into slices or circles.

Fry on both sides until half cooked.

Slice the tomatoes.

Slice the mushrooms.

Place in a baking dish in layers: zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, then zucchini again and so on... The last layer should be cheese.
