How to make a casserole from potatoes and minced meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any minced meat, but it is desirable that it be more juicy, then the casserole will be tastier.

Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into small cubes.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the prepared onions, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
