Garlic 4 clove

Ground black pepper to taste

Potato 500 g
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Carrot 2 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Greenery to taste
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Cream 1 cup
Chicken liver 400 g

Prepare all the necessary ingredients and start cooking.

Chop a few cloves of garlic into fine crumbs with a knife.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Peel the red carrots and cut into thin slices.

Peel the chicken liver from films, rinse well and cut into smaller pieces.

You can use any greens that you like best. I make it with a mixture of cilantro and dill. Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, milk and cream. Donʼt forget to add a little salt and ground black pepper. This will be the casserole filling.
