Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare all the necessary ingredients for making baked apples in yeast dough in the oven. We take large apples, about the same size, so that there are no problems with cooking.

Step 2

Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl, this will get rid of any debris that might have gotten in there. At the same time, we will saturate the flour with oxygen so that the baked goods turn out airy. In general, make it a rule to always sift flour. Add sugar, a little vanilla sugar, salt and dry yeast, mix so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour the dry mass into a larger bowl, pour in vegetable oil and warm water.

Step 4

Step 4
Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Knead it thoroughly for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Cover the bowl with the dough with a clean cloth and put it in a warm place to proof. This can be a multicooker bowl, oven at a temperature no higher than 45 degrees. I placed it near a warm radiator for 40 minutes. The dough should rise to about double in size and become fluffy.

Step 6

Step 6
While the dough is rising, letʼs prepare the apples. To do this, we will thoroughly wash and dry them. Remove the tails and cut off the top. Using a spoon, remove the core with seeds without cutting through the bottom and walls.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour sugar and vanilla sugar to taste into the cavities of the apples, but this must be done immediately before cooking in the oven.

Step 8

Step 8
Divide the risen dough into three equal parts and roll it into a flat cake so that you can wrap an apple. Place an apple with sugar in the middle.

Step 9

Step 9
Carefully lift the edges of the dough up and pinch so that there are no holes between the dough.

Step 10

Step 10
Place all the prepared apples on a greased baking dish and cover again with a clean cloth. Place in a warm place for 10 minutes to proof. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Step 11

Step 11
Break the egg into a bowl and beat it a little with a regular fork.

Step 12

Step 12
Lubricate the well-suited apples in the dough on all sides.

Step 13

Step 13
Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes, until done. Remove from the oven and brush the finished apples in the dough with vegetable oil, cover with a cloth and let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 14

Step 14
Place the apples in the dough on a plate and serve. They are very tasty with milk, tea, coffee, but especially tasty if you add a scoop of ice cream. The combination of hot and cold is simply incomparable.

Step 15

Step 15
Bon appetit.
