Milk 330 ml
Vanillin (pinch) to taste
Egg yolks 2 pc
Gelatin 20 g
Condensed milk 230 g

How to make dessert from condensed milk? Prepare your food. Pay special attention to the choice of the main ingredient — condensed milk. Choose high-quality, proven condensed milk. Without vegetable fats and food additives. The composition should contain only two ingredients: milk and sugar. The quality of the condensed milk will ultimately determine the taste and quality of the finished dish. Milk can be of any fat content. I used instant gelatin.

Pour gelatin over a third of the total amount of milk, mix well and leave to swell. The swelling time will depend on the type of gelatin you use. Read about it on the packaging.

Take a saucepan, place the egg yolks in it, then pour in the condensed milk. Add a pinch of vanilla. Pour in the remaining milk while stirring constantly with a whisk. Stir until completely homogeneous.

Place the ladle with the milk mixture over low heat. Boil it, stirring with a whisk, until hot, but do not boil. Otherwise, you risk boiling the yolks into an omelette.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Immediately, while the mass is hot, pour the swollen gelatin into it. Mix with a whisk. Gelatin will disperse very quickly from high temperature.

Take portion molds for dessert (cream bowls, bowls, cups). Pour hot dessert over them. It is better to do this through a strainer — there will be undissolved pieces of gelatin and the remains of eggs in it. Cool the dessert to room temperature on the counter, then refrigerate until completely set (6 to 10 hours). I cleaned for the night.
