This delicacy can be prepared in just half an hour! I would like to offer you a recipe for very tasty, but very easy to prepare sweets. They turn out very chocolatey, with a pleasant cherry sourness.

Ingredients (20 portions)

Basic:

Butter 20 g
Cocoa (in candy + cocoa for rolling) 1 tbsp
Chocolate 150 g
Ready shortbread cookies 125 g
Cherry (a cherry for each candy) 20 pc
Cherry juice (part of the cherry juice can be replaced with liqueur, cognac or rum) 3 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
The ingredients we need. For chocolate, I used 100 g of milk and 50 g of black (76% cocoa), I had savoiardi cookies, but any other shortbread would do. You may need more or less cherry juice, a lot depends on the type of cookies.

Step 2

Step 2
Melt the chocolate together with the butter.

Step 3

Step 3
In the bowl of a blender, grind the cookies into crumbs. Add cocoa, melted chocolate and cherry juice (it is better to add it in parts). Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Step 4
We get wet crumbs. Try it, if it molds well, then you can form sweets, and if there is not enough moisture, add cherry juice or aromatic alcohol.

Step 5

Step 5
We form candies from the chocolate mass, hiding a cherry inside each (if you like candies a la drunken cherries, then you can fill the cherries with cognac or rum in the evening). Roll the finished candies in cocoa powder. Instead of cocoa, you can use powdered sugar (for those who like it sweeter) or cover it with chocolate.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the sweets in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
You can serve. Bon appetit!
