Blackberry (you can take raspberries, currants, other fruits or berries) 200 g

Pour gelatin into 100 ml of cold water and leave for 40-60 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath. We wash the blackberries and remove the stems. Add sour cream to the cottage cheese and mix.
