Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Apples 2 pc

Batter:

Wheat flour 90 g
Water 90 ml
Eggs 1 pc

Caramel:

Sugar 87 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Sesame 5 g

Recipe instructions

Peel the apples, remove seeds and peel, cut into slices. Be sure to roll in flour. Prepare the batter: beat the egg, add half the water and flour. Stir and dilute with remaining water.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan (layer 7-10 mm). Dip the apples in the batter and fry on both sides until light in color.

Place on napkins to absorb excess fat. Then transfer to a plate.

Prepare caramel: pour sugar into a frying pan, add vegetable oil, stir. Heat the sugar until brown, stirring rarely at the beginning, and constantly at the end. Finally add sesame seeds, remove from heat and pour over apples. Caramel hardens very quickly!
