Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 60 g
bitter chocolate 150 g
Egg yolks 1 pc
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Heavy cream 250 g
Rum (can be replaced with cognac or rum flavoring) 3 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp

In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, and yolk.

Then beat the resulting mass in a water bath until fluffy.

Add cinnamon, rum and, stirring, cool.

Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.

Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, stir again and cool.

Whip the cream.

Add them to the rest of the ingredients and mix. Place the finished mixture in special molds and place in the freezer for at least 7 hours. After this, we lower the molds into boiling water to make the parfait easier to remove, put it on a dish and serve. You can also put the parfait into glasses, glass ramekins or bowls, then serve the dessert in this bowl.
