Jelly (2 bags of dry mix for making gooseberry jelly) 2 tbsp
Gooseberry 400 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the gooseberries, sort and dry.

Bring the water to a boil, add the jelly mixture, stir until completely dissolved and remove from heat. Cool slightly.

Place gooseberries on the bottom of the molds (preferably silicone ones). Pour the jelly mixture on top. Place the molds in the refrigerator until the jelly hardens completely.
