Light fruit dessert of kiwi with mint jelly. This jelly turns out very tasty. A long time ago I made a similar jelly, but with kiwi puree. This recipe, where the kiwi is cut into pieces, seems much tastier to me.

Sugar 70 g
Water 250 ml
Gelatin 6 g
Mint (3-5 branches) 10 g
Kiwi 2 pc
