Prune-Stuffed Baked Apples

A simple but delicious dessert of baked apples with filling. It is better to take apples for baking that are medium hard and moderately sweet. You can also add chopped pulp from the same apples to the prune filling.

Basic:

Apples 3 pc

Filling:

Prunes 250 g
Honey 3 tbsp

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the prunes, dry and cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Wash the apples and dry them. Cut off the caps from each fruit. Carefully remove the seeds and some of the pulp, being careful not to damage the bottom and walls of the apples.

Stuff apples with prunes.

Top each apple with 1 tbsp. l. honey

Cover the fruit with the cut tops and transfer to a baking dish. Place the apples in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave it in it for another 15-20 minutes.
