Basic:

Apples 1 pc
Wheat flour 100 g
Bananas 1 pc
Chocolate 100 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 3 pc
coconut flakes to taste
Pears 1 pc

We prepare the batter — batter for the festive dessert, start by breaking 3 chicken eggs into a bowl and whisking in it.

Add 100 grams to the eggs in a bowl. flour.

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and liquid.

Turn on the stove and heat the frying pan, after adding vegetable oil to it and begin to cut the bananas into slices, and the apple and pear into pieces.

Pour the chopped fruit into the batter — the prepared batter.

Thoroughly mix all the fruits in the batter and set the bowl aside for a while.

Melt the finely grated hard cheese in the microwave along with the chocolate, broken into pieces.

Place the fruit in a frying pan heated with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, then place on a kitchen towel to remove excess fat.

Dip one part of the fruit in chocolate, place it on a festive dish and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
