Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make cottage cheese with gelatin and fruit? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take cottage cheese with 5-9% fat content. You can use any fruits and berries you like.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash and dry the peaches, cherries and strawberries. Cut the peach into small pieces. Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits. You can cut each half into two more parts. Cut the strawberries into quarters.

Step 3

Step 3
If the gelatin is powder, then pour it with milk and leave to swell for 20 minutes. I used gelatin sheets so I soaked them in water.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour milk into the saucepan, add condensed milk and vanilla and stir until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. If you are using powdered gelatin, place it in a saucepan and heat over low heat until completely dissolved. Then add condensed milk and vanillin and mix.

Step 5

Step 5
Squeeze out the leaf gelatin, add to hot milk and stir until smooth.

Step 6

Step 6
Combine the cottage cheese with the gelatin-vanilla mass and mix thoroughly until smooth. It is better to do this with a mixer. Then the mass will be more homogeneous.

Step 7

Step 7
Add chopped fruit to the curd mixture.

Step 8

Step 8
Mix everything carefully with a spatula.

Step 9

Step 9
Place the curd mixture in silicone molds and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until completely set. You can put everything in one large form or put it in bowls.

Step 10

Step 10
Remove the finished dessert made from cottage cheese with gelatin from the mold and cut into portions. Bon appetit!
