How to make pumpkin and apple pie? Very fast and simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces.

Peel the pumpkin from peel and seeds. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. If you wish, you can puree the pumpkin in a blender, but keep in mind that the resulting pie may turn out moister than with grated pumpkin. It is better to take pumpkin that is aromatic and sweet.

Combine eggs at room temperature with sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Many small air bubbles should appear on the surface. The airiness of your cake depends on how you beat the eggs. You can’t beat the mixture until it’s white and thick—the whites will lose the air bubbles that lift the dough. And in this case, even baking powder will not help. The dough will either not rise at all or rise very weakly.

Add the grated pumpkin to the beaten eggs and beat again.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the dough in parts, stirring thoroughly each time until smooth.

Important!!! There is no need to add all the flour to the dough at once. Focus on the consistency of the dough. It should be quite thick, but not steep. The consistency of the dough depends on the size of the eggs, the moisture content of the pumpkin and the quality of the flour. Therefore, you may need more or less flour. If you added all the flour and the dough turned out too dense, you can separately beat another egg with 1 tbsp. l. sugar and mix into the dough, or dilute it with milk.

Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. If you wish, you can also remove the skin from the apples. If the apple is large, one will be enough for this amount of dough. You can cut the apples into small cubes and mix them into the dough or just stick the slices into the dough like I did (step 8).

Cover a mold (⍉ 20 cm) with parchment and grease with vegetable oil (if the mold is silicone, then greasing is not necessary). Place the dough into the mold and smooth it out. Place apple slices on top of the dough. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 190°C for 40-45 minutes. Check doneness with a wooden skewer — it should come out dry.
