Basic:

Filo dough 150 g
Butter 20 g

Filling:

Rice 180 g
Raisin 120 g
Condensed milk 50 g
Sugar 1 tbsp

Boil the rice until tender in boiling water with added sugar. Place the rice in a colander and let the water drain. Wash and dry the raisins.

Combine rice, raisins and condensed milk, stir until smooth.

Place a sheet of parchment paper folded in half on the bottom of the baking dish. Place two layers of phyllo dough so that the edges hang out from the pan. Fold 1 sheet of dough in half and place on the bottom of the pan.

Spread 1/3 of the filling on top.

Cover with the next sheet of dough, folded in half. Repeat layers 2 more times.

Place the hanging edges in the mold. Cover the top with the last layer of dough, folded in half.

Grease the surface of the pie with soft butter.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes.
