Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Bananas 1 pc
Powdered sugar 80 g
Puff pastry 800 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Almond (or other nuts) 100 g
Blueberry 300 g
Vanilla tincture 1 tsp

Ingredients for filling.

Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

Mix banana, blueberries, almonds, vanilla and powdered sugar.

We separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat 2 egg whites until foamy. Fold the whipped whites into the filling in several steps.

Mix well. I couldnʼt resist adding a little orange zest.

Roll out half of the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Place on the bottom of the mold.

We spread the filling.

Grease the edges of the mold with yolk.

Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the filling. We go along the edges of the form with a rolling pin.

Remove excess dough from the edges.

Using a sharp knife, make slits on the surface of the pie (do not cut through the dough). This way our pie on top will not be too deformed.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190 C for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the finished cake from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

It’s best served warm with a scoop of ice cream or cream, but it will be very tasty even without it. Bon appetit!
