Basic:

Sugar (+1 tbsp. for berries) 60 g
Wheat flour 80 g
Butter 50 g
Milk 2 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Starch (for berries if needed) 1 tsp
Berries (any, I have blueberries and strawberries) 200 g

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into small pieces.

Mix strawberries and blueberries, add 1 tbsp. sugar and mix.

Add 1 tsp to the berries. starch, mix. The filling is ready.

Place the berries in individual serving molds.

For the dough, sift the flour with baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix with sugar.

Mix egg and milk separately.
