Slow Cooker Yeast Pie with Poppy Seeds

A multicooker will prepare a lush yeast pie with a crispy crust. I didn’t really believe that you could make a good yeast pie in a slow cooker. Still, making baked goods from yeast dough is slightly different from making charlottes, muffins and biscuits. But I took a risk. The result surprised me a little, the pie turned out to be, dare I say it, AIRY, with a crispy crust and an indescribably delicious aroma (but this is due to the poppy seeds). It is not difficult to perform; the main difficulty lies in turning it over. But in a slow cooker, the pie does not burn, rises perfectly, and produces a deliciously crispy crust.

Step 13

Step 13
Allow the multicooker to complete the program. The bottom is baked, and the top is white — carefully, so as not to burn yourself, using a steaming container, remove the pie, turn it over with the white side down, place it in the bowl and, again, set the “Baking” program for 1 hour.
