Slow Cooker Chocolate Brownies

Chocoholics, donʼt pass by! You will definitely love this recipe! American brownies have become beloved by chocoholics all over the world. At its core, a brownie is a cross between a cake, a cupcake, or even a cookie. In general, whatever one may say, it is very, very tasty! Preparing brownies is very simple, the main thing is to take high-quality dark chocolate, because all the taste will come from it, so if the chocolate is not very good, then the brownie will turn out so-so... By the way, you can increase the amount of sugar to 200 g or reduce to 100 g, depending on how sweet your desserts are. I baked brownies in a Binatone MUC-2180 multicooker with a power of 1300 W, bowl diameter 22 cm. If you don’t have a multicooker, then feel free to bake the brownies in the oven at 180 C for about 25-30 minutes (check readiness with a skewer).

Wheat flour 150 g
Butter 150 g
bitter chocolate 150 g
Cocoa 1 tbsp
Eggs 3 pc
Walnuts (if desired, you can also use hazelnuts or almonds) 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare brownie ingredients.

Step 2

Step 2
Place the butter and broken dark chocolate into a bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave or water bath. If you heat it in the microwave, heat the mixture for 10-15 seconds, stirring it well each time. If you heat in a water bath, then the bottom of the bowl with chocolate should not reach the boiling water! Set the resulting chocolate mixture aside to cool slightly.

Step 4

Step 4
Meanwhile, you can chop the nuts (I used a mortar, but you can chop them with a knife, using a food processor, or using a rolling pin).

Step 5

Step 5
Add sugar and eggs to the cooled chocolate and butter.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Try to ensure that the sugar is completely dissolved, but if suddenly small crystals remain, it’s okay.

Step 7

Step 7
Sift flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of baking powder into a bowl.

Step 8

Step 8
Mix the dough thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. There should be no flour lumps in the dough!

Step 9

Step 9
At the very end, add the chopped nuts and mix well again. The dough is ready.

Step 10

Step 10
Grease the multicooker mold with oil and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour or line with baking paper.

Step 11

Step 11
On the baking mode, bake the brownies for 45-60 minutes or longer (I indicate the time as a guide, as it may vary significantly depending on the model of your multicooker).

Step 12

Step 12
Carefully remove the finished brownies from the pan and transfer to a wire rack or steaming rack and leave to cool completely.

Step 13

Step 13
Thatʼs all, a delicious and very chocolate brownie is ready. Before serving, you can cut it into portions.

Step 14

Step 14
And for an even more chocolatey taste, you can serve it with chocolate sauce! Bon appetit!
