Ingredients (6 portions)

For dough:

Butter 150 g
Wheat flour 1 cup
Sour cream 2 tbsp

For filling:

Onion 400 g
Turmeric to taste
Salt to taste

For filling:

Sour cream 200 g
Eggs 2 pc

Melt one hundred and fifty grams of butter.

Mix a glass of flour into the hot oil.

Add two tablespoons of sour cream.

Wrap the finished dough in film and put it in the refrigerator.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown (if desired, you can fry it stronger, add salt to taste, add turmeric.

To fill, beat sour cream with two eggs.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out into a layer. This amount of dough is enough for a mold with a diameter of 24 centimeters. We form sides of 1.5-2 centimeters.
