Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Sugar (1/2 for dough, 1/2 for beating whites.) 300 g
Apples 700 g
Wheat flour 2 cup
Butter 150 g
Eggs (1 yolk for the dough, 2 whites for the filling) 2 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
