Delicate pie with plums and sour cream filling! There are a lot of pastries with plums in my collection, but there was no such pie. The relatives really liked the pie. They asked to bake again and again.

Ingredients (10 portions)

Dough:

Wheat flour 250 g
Butter 150 g
Sour cream 125 g
Sugar 100 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

Filling:

Plums 400 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp

Fill:

Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Sour cream 250 g
Sugar 200 g
Eggs 1 pc

Dough.

Combine sour cream, sugar and melted butter.

Beat with a mixer. Add flour with baking powder.

Knead soft dough.

Spread the dough over the bottom of the greased pan and make sides.

Wash the plums, dry them, cut them into 4 parts, removing the pit.

Place the plums on the dough and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Combine sour cream, sugar, egg and flour.

Beat until smooth.

Distribute the filling evenly over the dough. Bake the pie at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
