How to make Ossetian pie with cheese and herbs? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Any greens can be used. I take green onions.

To prepare the dough, heat the milk and add dry yeast, sugar and salt.

Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe, so use the consistency of the dough as a guide.

The finished dough is soft, elastic and almost does not stick to your hands. To avoid filling the dough with excess flour, at the end of kneading, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough with your hands. Cover the finished dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.

To prepare the filling, grate two types of cheese on a coarse grater. Add chopped herbs to the cheese. Add salt to taste and mix everything.

Roll out the risen dough into a circle and lay out the filling, not reaching the edges. I have quite a lot of fillings. It tastes better for us.
