Easy Crumble Cottage Cheese Pie

A quick recipe for a sweet crumb pie with curd filling. In this recipe there is no need to knead the pie dough; instead of the usual dough, there is crumble made from butter, ground with flour and sugar. It is better to prepare the curd filling with the addition of semolina and be sure to grind the mixture with a blender so that there are no grains of cottage cheese.

Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Butter 50 g

For the baby:

Wheat flour 2 cup
Sugar 7 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Butter 200 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

For filling:

Sugar 7 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Cottage cheese 400 g
Semolina 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc

The dough in this pie is replaced by sweet crumbs made from flour, sugar and butter, and the filling is prepared, like a cottage cheese casserole, from cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, with the addition of semolina.

To bake the pie, take a mold with split edges and grease it with butter.

For the filling, mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.

Grind the cottage cheese with eggs and sugar thoroughly using a blender to obtain a homogeneous curd mass.

Now prepare the crumbs — pour the flour into a container, mix it with baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then grate 200 grams of chilled butter into the flour mixture on a coarse grater and knead everything together until sweet crumbs form.

Pour half of the sweet crumbs into a springform baking dish in an even layer so that the bottom is completely covered.

Spread the curd mixture onto the crumbs in the mold and level the surface.

Cut the remaining butter into pieces and place them on the surface of the crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the filled form in it for 40 minutes.
