How to make a pie with raspberries and cottage cheese? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour.

In a blender bowl, combine flour, diced cold butter, sugar and baking powder. Beat everything into fine crumbs. If you donʼt have a blender, you can grind the flour mixture into crumbs with your hands.

Place the crumbs in a bowl and add the egg. Using your hands, quickly knead into a homogeneous, elastic shortbread dough. As soon as the dough begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl and stops sticking to your hands, it is ready.

Spread the finished dough over the bottom and sides of the baking dish (Ø 20-22 cm). To make the base even, tamp the dough with a glass. Prick the dough with a fork. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

While the base is baking, prepare the filling. You can use fresh or frozen raspberries. The fattier and softer the cottage cheese, the tastier the pie will be. Cottage cheese in briquettes is ideal — it is quite moist, not lumpy, without hard grains.
